Lake of the Ozarks Shootout being held at Captain Ron's Bar & Grill August 17-25, 2013 will bring the top racers and off shore racing power boats topping 208 MPH. The largest unsanctioned boat race in the midwest with over 100 racers and 100,000 spectators. Proceeds will benefit the Lake Area Rescue Teams, and other charitable organizations!

Tuesday August 21, 2012 Shootout PWC Dam Run
Please join Surdyke Yamaha for the one ride you want to be a part of: an opportunity to explore the scenic upper mile markers of Lake Ozark with fellow PWC enthusiasts enjoying the lifestyle while raising money for Lake area charities. We'll experience the calm waters and beautiful scenery on our 130 mile journey to Truman Dam and back. Along the way we'll Jump from a Cliff, Swing from a Rope, Shoot the Minnow and make a few pit stops at lakeside restaurants and marinas for fuel, refreshments and stamps for your poker hand.
When we return, join us for an After Party at Shorty Pants Lounge with the Dam Run Girls where we will compare Poker hands and award prizes. Entry donation is $150 per PWC, $10 for each additional passenger and $25 for one extra Poker hand. If you can't make the ride but would still like to donate, we'll gratefully accept your contribution.
PWC Dam Run Schedule
8:00 a.m. - Registration at Surdyke Yamaha
9:00 a.m. - Start Time from Surdyke Yamaha to Truman Dam and back with poker stops along the way(Approximately 130 miles)
7:00 p.m. After party, prizes at Shorty Pants
