There are several ways to watch the Races during the Shootout. Taking your boat out and tying up along the course is obviously the best way to get a front row seat for watching those powerboats flying by. But for those of you who want to come by land, see all that the vendors and racers village has to offer, we have another option for you. You can now board the SeaRocket and have them shuttle you to the Celebration Cruise Boat to watch the races.

Watching the Races
Lake of the Ozarks Shootout being held at Captain Ron's Bar & Grill August 23 - 29th, 2010 will bring the top racers and off shore racing power boats topping 196 MPH. The largest unsanctioned boat race in the midwest with over 100 racers and 70,000 spectators. Proceeds will benefit the Lake Area Rescue Teams, Habitat for Humanity, and other charitable organizations!
